I've had this idea floating around in my head for a while now and finally got it down on one sheet. It's a bit longer than expected but gives a full summary of all my hints on making a successful bouncing emoteA great example of the Squash + Stretch technique is

It's not too bad, but you could do with altering the face so it moves independent from the body such that when the emote moves up it looks down slightly and when it moves down it looks up slightly

Looks great. You've managed to get the bounce really fluent, and the arm movement fits extremely well

looking at the frames i think the body movement is fine, but the hands could do with a bit of work. they stay in the same bottom position for like 4-5 frames. Try moving them up a little in frame 10

It doesn't look too bad. Howver if you take out the pause it should run smoother
