The link for it is listed on VPVP's extensive catalogue on MME effects. However, its probably faster to just use the DA Search box to the upper left of the DA page as I'm fairly sure someone here has noted a direct link on their page.

Well in Beammans site: [link] he have posted some effects called "SelfThunder", "SelfBurning" and "SelfLotion". I downloaded these a while ago but whatever I do I can't get them to work.. So a tutorial would be a great help :3

Okies, my system can't run effects that uses particle graphics, but I have a fairly good idea how you can get the effects to work.
We will use the Self-Lotion effect as an example. It has 4 files effect files and 2 graphic files:
Self-Lotion.fx ~ system file - loaded when you load SelfLotion.x file
SavePos.fx ~ apply this to the model you want the effect on using the MME mapper panel, then you need to activate the subset-extractor.
Mask.fx ~ apply this to all materials where you don't want the effect.
That should be all there is to these three effects based on his readme.txt.
Your graphics card must be able to support particle effects before any of these effects will work.
