Mac OS X style system behaviour with not 3rd party program .
Macos X is a Mac OS X port for WIndows 7, made by idas = ZEUS osX. (Pavlos Pitselas).
Macos X for windows 7 is MADE IN GREECE (= Hellas).
Macos (1)word meaning : 'mecos'= length in ancient Athenian also Ionian language and in Byzantine and in nowdays Greek, and 'macos' in doric and aeolian ancient greek dialects and in nowdays tsaconian= spartan dialect that still speaken in some villages in southeastern Pelloponese[south Greece], where is my hometown, and also in Ancient Greek Macedonian and Aeolian Thessalian dialects.
On screenshot , down window there exist some of a portrait of Alexander the Great(=Alexandros) who unified all Hellenes=Greeks ie (Peloponisians , Thessalians , Macedonians, Athenians, Cretans etc ].
IN ancient and in nowdays Hellenic (=Greek) [Active CODE] language, every letter, and every word is a specific number, and it has a specific meaning.
ZEUS ( or DEUS or DIAS) is Master of immortal Gods in Hellenic (=Greek) Active CODE [arithmetic machine logic] language, and APPLE is the given gift from ZEUS .
So the name of the THEME choosen from Hellenic = GREEK language and civilization.

Macos X IS not just a theme. With new code added to Windows system files , Windows becomes behaving like Mac OS X .
When forinstance we select a folder as 'icon', we have separate mouse over image for the folder and other image for the text.
When we select a folder as 'details' we can have stripes, and mouse over images like mac os X , blue hover and white text .
Main categories of visual styles: Transparent, Brushed, Gray.
Names and styles of Themes:
Dion,- 4 versions ---> transparent
Alexander, - 4 --> brushed
Leopard - 4 --> gray
in each style that has number I (FOR EXAMPLE : 24 Dion I ) --> no visible folderband, and no addressbar image, and a designed button at the corner of titlebar.
in each style that has number II (FOR EXAMPLE : 24 Dion II ) --> no visible folderband, BUT with addressbar image,and NO designed button at the corner of titlebar.
in each style that has number III (FOR EXAMPLE : 24 Dion III) --> Visible folderband, and with addressbar image in eand NO designed button at the corner of titlebar.
each style that has number IIII (FOR EXAMPLE : 24 Dion IIII ) --> no visible folderband, and no addressbar image, BUT IT HAS some pseudo buttons in the place of addressbar so to look like MAC Finder, though its only design, without fuctionality as also the designed button at the corner of titlebar.
Also i use The Ave's application [still beta] , CloseButtonChanger which makes the close,max,min buttons more close.
My work is based on the spirit of os X, and not a copy of it.
Many images are designed in a similar but not same way with original os X.
I use font bold style in many places that original os X use regular font style.
I made this project to work only to 96 dpi font size.
For this project i have spent thousands of hours, and perchaps it is first time in the history of Windows, that without any 3rd party programm or explorer replacement, we have a so much close to mac os X style approaching.
The theme will have some limitations in use, as i have not enough time to complete in the way i want, as i am too tired.
MAIN LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF USING
1. Be sure that in Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display the Smaller - 100% categorie is checked . if there is not, check Smaller - 100% and restart.
Also do not change font size (leave it 96 dpi font size).
2. do not change border padings.
3. in the new themes there is no any taskbar problem.
4. for close distance between close,min,max buttons Ave's application [still beta] , CloseButtonChanger needed.
5. for adding shadows effect around your Windows, needed the freeware controlable application YzShadow.

I N S T R U C T I O N S (32 BIT Version)
There are on this download, visual styles, there are forward and backwards buttons (ExplorerFrame.dll), imageres.dll, shell32.dll and explorer [=start button] for windows 7, 32 bit version and Themes and visual styles are used on all versions of windows 7.
BE CAREFULL THIS PACK IS ONLY FOR WINDOWS 7 - 32 BIT VERSION.
so : First do a restore poin to your system. Then :
UNZIP all files, using freeware 7z [link]
1. To use the visual styles ( mstyle) , you must install a small application, download from [link] .
Credits goes to Rafael Rivera for this amazing work. Then restart your system.
ALSO INSTEAD OF this, an alternative solution is to buy AveStyler application [link] and very ease you can change your visual styles .
2. Copy the folder 'OS X Cursors' , to C:\Windows\Cursors .
Copy the 'Mac os X Wallpapers' of this pack to C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper.
Copy the 'Mac os X sounds' of this pack to C:\Windows\Media .
3. Copy all the folders included in the folder 'Macos X Themes by ZEUSosx' [after unzip all files, and copy them to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes ,provided C is your Windows drive).
Open there ["C:\Windows\Resources\Themes"] and choose the theme name you like, select it, double clik tand thats it.
before replacing files go to Control pane [view by category] -->so Go to Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts and press the folder 'Change User Account Control Settings' set the slider to the next window Never Notify. restart. do all your changes in code that u want. then again go to Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts and press the folder 'Change User Account Control Settings' set the slider to the next window to Default or to whatever u like, then restart.

a. Obtain Permisions and Ownership of ExplorerFrame.dll, imageres.dll, shell32.dll that located in C:\Windows\System32 and and do also the same for explorer that located in C:\Windows\ . (use the "Obtaining Permissions and ownership.txt" for help on installing, included in the downloading pack)

b. Backup you original ExplorerFrame.dll, imageres.dll, shell32.dll and explorer by renaming them to ExplorerFrame.old, imageres.old, shell32.old and explorer.old
c. Copy ExplorerFrame.dll, imageres.dll, shell32.dll from this pack to C:\Windows\System32 and and explorer to C:\Windows .
[for the Alexandros and Dion Themes copy the ExplorerFrame.dll from the '1. buttons light blue HOVER ' folder, for the leopard copy the ExplorerFrame.dll from the '2. buttons gray HOVER' folder, of this pack.
d. Restart to see the changes.
4. Go to Desktop Personalize & apply the theme you preffer.
5. Download my latest visual styles/themes having mac style shadows arround the borders and many other mac style changes, so download Apple of Eris for windows 7 [link]

-1. For having to the left side the min, max, close buttons, use please leftsider. [link]
-2. For having close the min,max,close buttons an Ave's application needed CloseButtonChanger needed, (login to [link] ) , transparent and brushed styles will use number : 1.237 , leopard styles will use number : 1.45 .
-3. ADDING SHadows effect around your Window.
For having shadows and have better of the theme looking, please use YzShadow [link]

-5. I have visual styles with no looking Folderband [is the toolbar that it has Buttons Commands like 'Organise', 'System Properties' etc] and other with always appearing Folderband. For open the folderband to the styles that is not appeared, please have a look to my Auto-hide Folderband of win 7, [link] where is written SOLUTION FOR WINDOWS EXPLORER , MY COMPUTER WINDOW STYLE. / SOLUTION FOR WINDOWS EXPLORER , WHEN YOU HAVE DETAILS PANE AT THE TOP. etc
6. if you 'use check boxes to select items', and you select your folders as big icons,select with your mouse the text of the folder, not the folder and it will opened.

How to stop the music playing when you enter the Login Screen of window :
right clik to desktop/personalization/sounds select it , a small window appear, there is a small button and the text near by says : Play Window Start up Sound , deselect the button, thats it, restart.

MAKING SOME APPLICATION WHICH DOES NOT START WITH THE START OF WINDOWS, ENABLE TO START.
[ATTENTION, DO THIS ONLY IF YOU TRUST THOSE APPLICATION]
FOR leftsider, or Yz Shadow for example
For starting with windows start up , go to control panel/clasic view/folder options then go to view and select show hidden files and folders. then go to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and add a shortcut of the leftsider or Yz Shadow
then go again go to control panel/clasic view/folder options then go to view and deselect show hidden files and folders.
(do the same for any other application, but only if you trust it, and does not automatically work with the start up of windows) [if you want also to uninstall an application , like leftsider and reinstall a new version of it, you have first go to "C:\Users\[enter your username here]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\" and delete the folder called "leftsider" = delete the folder with the name of the application , in this case current "leftsider".]

if you dont do this , even if you have taken ownership, you can not copy paste the new files.
now becarefull to this: because you have failed to do is possible, that even if you have set to Never Notify, perchaps copy paste will not work at once. do some restarts of, your pc, and i hope it will works. [this had happened to me some times, when i forgot to set Never Notify at first.
another thing which must becarefull is this: when you have renamed the original system file, lets say the shell32.dll to shell32.old, then when you copy paste the new shell32.dll , you must open the C:\Windows\System32 and you must see that the new shell32.dll EXISTS.
I WRITTE THIS because if you have forgot to set Never Notify, it is possible the windows 7 system sometimes 'behaves' strange so becarefull, and not to appear it. if not appear it, if u dont see it, just do this, rename again the shell32.old to shell32.dll, because if you dont do it its possible next time your system will not open. this is not happen usually, but i have seen in windows 7 system , many 'strange' things. this information of last paragraph perchaps not needed, but in anycase just know this.

and i am using a computer that have 3 users when i install this theme on my account can they see in the login page?
or they will have the theme automactilly install in their account?

in log in page i just have changed the pictures, not the code, so normally your system will work as is now. [we dont speak about different partitions here, as i do to my pc].
lets say that you are the main Administrator of your system.
you change the system files, rename the old , copy paste the new ones, the set the wallpapers, cursors,sonds and themes to the windows adresses that discribed to the instruction text of this web page, ok?
[you downlad also and install the small application that enable to use non microsoft visual styles ( mstyle), see it in instruction text]
then you go to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes and double clik to a theme ok? this theme you have choosen is working, only to your account.
now, if you or anyoneelse, open to other account, this go again to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes and double clik to the same or to another theme from those you have installed.

now i understand what do you mean , if you are using all my system files, and specially imageres and shell32.dll then it should look like mines. so see if by false you are using as imageres or shell32.dlln .
i have designed my icons to look like in front of folder, so if it is possible try to replace again, those 2 system files.

windows 7 system sometimes 'behaves' strange.
what we usually do is :
go to Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display and select Medium 125% , then restart, then go again to Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display and select Smaller 100% (Default) then again restart , this method sometimes work faster , have a try.

the close button becomes to the right via leftsider freeware application.
close button changer is setting the close button just more near to the corner of the window.
i have stoped from February working no more to this as i have problems of health, specially to my eyes, i only have done an update to my Appollon themes.
perchaps there are or must add values to registry, or analyzing and replacing hex code to some [or one] system files for doing this modification that close button changer making but this need much search, and not sure if exists or new code must added.
That because microsoft has hardcoded this [and many other] part of windows.

some specific microsoft updates make the uxcore utility [the small application that enables your system using 3rd party visual styles/themes , like mines] stop working.
now becarefull you have not reinstall.
if you do its possible the problem remained.
So, go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features amd UNINSTALL first the uxcore application, then restart.
now INSTALL uxcore application, then restart.
[also perchaps of specific microsoft updates needed sometimes to replace again following my instructions shell32.dll system file.]

this work, works for windows 7, finder bar is not working from what i know in 7, i also have not tested object bar , which is propably working.
in my instructions text i describe which system files you have to change, and what programs i have tested, working good, [such as RK Launcher or YzShadow(in compatibility xp mode) or RocketDock, or EXPOSE style effect ,for aero style only : Download Switcher from (aero style)
or WinExposΓ© (basic style) etc etc --> links included in my instructions text in this deviant art page] , but you can use any other utility, application works for windows 7.

ok i noticed when i downloaded this and the 64 bit folder that ExplorerFrames.dll or whatever its called is missing from them!!! i can do anything now, im stuck there cuz i dont wanna risk screwing my comp up by replacing everything else but that.....

what do you mean its missing?
i downloaded the file Macos_X__for_Windows_7___32bit_by_ZEUSosX.7z, to see if something is missing, i unzip using 7zip, and all files included in folder '32 bit Dll files'.
if you follow very carefull the instructions[if you have 64bit system you follow the 64 bit instructions] 'as is'. you will not have any problem.
just remember this 2 things[written also to instruction]:
A. before replacing any system files go to Control pane [view by category] -->so Go to Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts and press the folder 'Change User Account Control Settings' set the slider to the next window Never Notify. restart. do all your changes in code that u want. then again go to Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts and press the folder 'Change User Account Control Settings' set the slider to the next window to Default or to whatever u like, then restart <--- its written also to instructions this.
B.before doing anything make a restore point.
go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System in the left up there some lines categories, select System protection, a small window opened, go down where it is written ''Create a restore point right now . . . '' and pess the button 'create'.
in the square appeared writte a name u like as the name of the restore point.
restore point help us to return our pc to the date that we made the restore point with the pc behaviour at that time.

Hey dude this theme ttly F*CK*D up my pc when i started it said shell32 was missing and a lot of other shit but who cares i love your work so much im goig to keep trying this time i made a recovery disk this time. Ohh and if not i got a request for you would you mind making a aero theme in wich the whole windows frame and the inside is clear like everything is clear.

yeah hey i used a tool called se7en replacer tool works on all os why dont you include that program in your files it worked for me perfectly ohh and another thing i love your themes there like so mac like thee progress bar the sounds the desktop icon mouseover animation

perchaps you are right, if any of programs works better from those i wrotte, use them, i just give a simple guide for people dont know anything.
[with replacer you must also be carefull and use it in manual mode--> special for 64bit users replacing 32bit system files to sys64 folder , as the maker said, but its a good option for anyone known what he do]
i have stoped searching or doing anything more, as i have problems of health, i made those themes, designing myself for vista first, starting in 2006, and in 2009-10 i tried to transported to 7.

Well thank you to but im just going to ask you one more question you know the status bar is pure blue and the verification bar is white with blue and it moves i was wondering if there was a way to make the verification bar smaller because when i do it it is to big for the empty track the verification bar has to travel ill give you a link to a picture maybe you cant see it in the picture but you can zoom and see it [link]

you have right , i started making this style for vista in 2006, every year i designed something more and more, and in 2009 i just tried to pass , to transport the style to windows 7, but i did not very quiqly because i was concentrated to make New code for the system files for working the system more like mac os x.
so i left some things in the visual style, not finished. i have made some improovement to some things, unfortunately no to this specific, but because of problems of health i stopped making more.

so for renamed the old system files and copy paste the new you must set the slider to the next window Never Notify.
if you dont do that it is possible that you copy paste the new system files and when restart not find the new ones --> not realy copied as the system , even if you done copy/paste it should not done.
it happened to me some times when i reformat my disk, and i forgot to do this, so first of all set the slider to the next window Never Notify and restart you pc, before doing anything else.

the Dion themes are transparent ones.
if dont look transparent to your pc, do this:
go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting then select Appearance and personalization and follow the steps.
install and use my latest updated visual styles/themes which have bigger than original 22 pixels height osx small icons taskbar but which work perfect to windows 7 code, no problem with the taskbar when log in, so download my APPOLON-THEMES : [link]

is there a way to make mms yahoo mess and skype to dessapear from the start bar when i hit X (close) like it used to do on windows xp?
i mean still be on but hidden in the notification area , only there and not on a start bar.........
i hate that skype and msn don t stay hidden since i use them so little... but i need them to be on.........

also install and use my latest updated visual styles/themes which have bigger than original 22 pixels height osx small icons taskbar but which work perfect to windows 7 code, no problem with the taskbar when log in, so download my APPOLON-THEMES : [link]

did you replace [= rename the old ones and copy/paste the new of] all the system files?
navigation buttons [backward + forward buttons] exist to explorerframe.dll
[explorer.exe --> start button
explorerframe.dll -> back and forward buttons + others
shell32.dll --> icons+control panel pictures + others
imageres.dll --> icons+log in screen + others]
