By using a similar technique as the one in my last tutorial, it is possible to make geometric flower shapes as seen in Summer Memories , Efflorescence and Nightscape . This tutorial explains how to make them, as well as how to incorporate them into a simple Julia pattern. There are many other possibilities, however, so experimentation is important.

As with the other tutorial, I've skipped a few of the intermediate stages, such as how to duplicate transforms, so the tutorial relies on a familiarity with the transform editor.

Please tell me if you have any problems, and if you make anything with this tutorial, let me know so that I can include a link in the description.

Thank you for this tutorial! This is the first tutorial I've tried that yielded anything near the expected results. My eternal gratitude - I was about to toss everything out the window.

My result, a very simple little thing, is Ornatia .

I'm very sorry for the late response - I haven't checked deviantART for quite a while. I'm glad my tutorial worked though, in any case, and I like your result a lot - the colour scheme works especially well. There are plenty of tutorials here on dA that I found helpful whilst learning how to use Apophysis, most of which can be found in the groups here. I'd definitely recommend that you keep going with it, if youΒ enjoy it!
