YAY my first interactive tutorial! This one will show you how to create a pretty Vignette effect on your images using Photoshop, in three simple steps.

I've been using photoshop for a couple of years now and i never even thought about using gaussian blur for the vignette...
This is so easy and so effective it makes me feel stupid!

Do you need to create a second layer for the border? Otherwise I think the whole image blurs.

This is useful! I generally just do Lighting Effects - Flashlight and play with the settings until you get a nice dark border, but that isn't always as good because it makes the inside more contrasty!

yeahh, i used to do that, haha - it can create a bit of an odd circular effect sometimes, so now i just stick to Vignettes. XD
