wow... i've been a deviantart here for over four years(including the time from my other handle, synth, as well) and i somehow missed this whole jark getting booted from his position thing. what happened?! i remember the good 'ol days when jark and matteo welcomed all with opened arms to they're newly founded community for those of us lost and confused. I feel really bad for being out of the loop on the whole thing. Jark, you have my support, and one day... yes, one day, you shall show them all who is the boss!

It reminds me more of our previous site layout green! You could probably try putting a completely yellow layer over your graphic and pull the opacity up and down 'till you're happy with the overall yellow tint. If you want the same yellow hue and no green shining through, I guess you could just find image > adjustments > hue & saturation, choose colourize and find a yellow colour.
By the way, that top bar graphic is very pretty! I was not fortunate enough to be on dA then, so I haven't seen it before
