Description
This is part 1 of a three-part series I'm working on. This first part should explain anything you might wonder over when it comes to stationary emotes.The next two parts will deal with Simple Animation and Advanced Animation. Stay tuned.

You can use ANYTHING, you don't have to use Photoshop, that's just what I use!

it took me sooo long to figure out how to use the pencil tool........ only the brush was available..... (i had to right click the brush to select pencil...)
