finally!! Here's my SFX tutorial
Sorry for the long wait guys, I hope that when you flip through it you can see why it took me so long to get this out! (oh dear please ignore my crummy animation in the beginning T_T;;

I got a question. Does this technique have to be done on a picture that hasn't been flattened? Do I still need to have it where the colors, shading, and lineart are in seperate layers?

How do you create the orbs of light around Sora on the page with "AHH! Omigosh!"? It's after Special Effect page.

yep XD it's under Filter > Render...
don't use it too much though, a lot of people think it's "cheap" XD I mean, it does look really cool but a lot of people think it's very "kindergarden" stuff.

Geez, your the first person who ive seen take time out of their day to do such a detailed tutorial :] Most only give you vague descriptions and pictures and just leave you with more questions than answers XD Thank you SO much! And I will be using what I learn when i get my new babies for christmas <3 (new laptop and tablet teehee) :3
