Well all the effects that I have including the mirrorWF works perfectly fine in my laptop but when I try all of them in my computer there's always an error message show up.How am I going to fix it?

Sorry I can't help with hardware conflicts and that's what is going on here - sounds like your graphics card can't support the functions.

When I upload the Mirror WF, It turns gray, not white...
I`m using the latest version of MMD and I have MME but not sure how to use effects since they never work for me ;n;

Sounds like your graphics card could be this issue here or possibly you could use the contrast/brightness controls on your monitor?

That makes it much clearer, thank you - and the problem is that the effect isn't working. If it was working, especially in the second picture, you should already see Miku reflected in the mirror. It's gray because that's the default color of the mirror model.
Seems that your system and the effect are incompatible.

Really depends on the system - most likely the problem is the graphics card. Try upgrading the driver. Sometimes that helps. Could also be that you don't have the most current version of Direct-X. Worse case scenario, is just needing to upgrade the card (but it's not worth doing in general unless you have a lot of other issues with the card).
I have 2 PCs, the one I use for MMD which can use most effects, and another one which is actually much more powerful but has a lame factory default graphics card that won't run many of the MME effects. I could spend about $100 to upgrade the card, but why would I want to do that just so to use a FREE program?

It should work on your laptop - most contemporary laptops have excellent graphics cards.

Google sucks for finding "MirrorWF" >_> I have various versions of a Working Floor, but nothing with Mirror in the name when you bring it up on MMD. Goggle isn't helping me, so a link would be appreciated. :/

What it looks like is that some of the vertices have been weighted to the wrong bones - this sometimes occurs when you import hair or other accessories that have been badly converted.
Unfortunately, there is no easy fix for this.

It is strange that this model was prepared before and there was no problem, was lost because of the pc removed.
in memory had an incomplete copy, and put him to remain as before but it was not,

You should upgrade to version 7.39. The version you're using, 5.24, is very dated.

Because they made some significant upgrades which are only available with version 7.39 including (but not limited to):
- support for MME effects
- able to support PMX models
Seriously, you should upgrade to take advantage of all the new features.

Whether or not you can see her underwear depends on the placement of the camera. For most motion data sets, this should not be an issue.
